Hotel Information
The conference hotel is the Grouse Mountain Lodge, 2 Fairway Drive,
Whitefish, Montana 59937, phone 877-862-1505. For more information

Discounted lodging rates during the conference are: $109 for an
Executive Room; $119 for an Executive Deluxe; $129 for a Corner
Deluxe; and $159 for a Family Loft. There is a $10 charge for each
additional person per room, children 12 and under stay free. Local
taxes apply.
Reservations must be made by August 27, 2007 in order to guarantee
these rates.
Airline Information
Glacier Park International Airport, located 12 miles from the
conference site, hosts daily airline service by the following
carriers: Horizon, SkyWest/Delta Connection, SkyWest/United Express
and Northwest Airlines.

Rental Cars
Rental cars are available at Glacier Park International Airport.
Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz and National are located on-site in the
main terminal. Dollar, Enterprise and Thrifty are located off-site,
but offer airport pick-up service.

Climate & Dress
“Big Sunny Skies” are the norm for early October in northwest
Montana. Daytime temps average in the 60s with cool nights in the
upper 30s. However, we are in the Rockies, so an early snow is not
impossible.
Attire for all meetings is Montana business casual. That means NO
TIES, and jeans are okay!
The Friday evening Western Style Family BBQ will be held outdoors,
so a sweater and/or jacket may be needed, and cowboy hats are
welcome.
 Golf Tournament
This year’s golf tournament will be held Wednesday, October 3 at the
Whitefish Golf Club, located across the road from Grouse Mountain
Lodge. Bring your own clubs, or rentals are available. Golf carts,
box lunches and refreshments are included in the registration fee.
