Thank you to the following companies that have come on board as sponsors for the 2008 Annual Conference in Medford (October 5-7): Barnard Dunkelberg & Company, Inc., Critical Path, Cryotech Deicing Technology, CSHQA, Kelowna Int'l Airport, Leibowitz & Horton Airport Management Consultants, Mead & Hunt, Myslik, Reveal Imaging Technologies, RS&H, and Standard Parking. For sponsorship opportunities still available please check out the NWAAAE's 2008 Annual Conference web page.

Exhibit Registration forms for the Annual Conference are also now available and spaces will be given out on a first come - first serve basis. Forms can be obtained from the Chapter's 2008 Annual Conference web page.

For those that are planning on arriving early for the Annual Conference in Medford to partake in the Saturday "Evening in Ashland" event (October 4th) and would like to see a play that evening it is suggested that you look into purchasing your tickets sooner rather than later. Information on plays at the Shakespeare Festival can be obtained directly from their web site. Ashland is a wonderful town and all conference attendees are encouraged to come early and not miss this opportunity to see a play, have dinner or just explore the artisan culture of Ashland. The Chapter will be providing transportation between Medford and Ashland that evening at no charge.

  • It's never too early to start planning and the committees for the Airport Facilities Management Conference (July 20 -22 in Seattle) and the Annual Conference (October 5-7 in Medford) are already busy and would like your input. If you have any ideas for topics for either of these two conferences please send them to me so that we may consider them during the planning process. If you know of a speaker that would go with that topic (even better!) please send along their name and contact information as well. Thanks for the help. - Linda Tepper, Executive Secretary
